Suitable for freshwater and marine aquariums, it is specifically intended for use in ornamental aquariums, filter chambers, and sump systems.

Unlike traditional inline UV sterilisers, the AUV-10A is designed to operate fully submerged, allowing water to flow directly around the UV-C lamp. The powerful 10W UV-C bulb emits germicidal ultraviolet light that helps eliminate the microorganisms responsible for green water and poor water quality without altering the chemical composition of the water.

Important: UV-C radiation is harmful to living organisms. This steriliser should not be operated directly inside the main aquarium with fish or other livestock present. It is designed for installation in filter chambers or sump systems where the UV light remains isolated from aquarium inhabitants.
