AQUAEL Flow Heater 2.0 500W – External Inline Aquarium Heater

The AQUAEL Flow Heater 2.0 500W is a premium external inline aquarium heater designed for aquariums between 300 and 1000 litres. Installed directly on the outlet hose of an external filter, it keeps the aquarium free from internal equipment while providing accurate, energy-efficient heating for both freshwater and marine aquariums.

The heater features the innovative Smart Heating System (SHS), an intelligent technology that automatically adjusts the heating power according to the aquarium size and operating conditions. This ensures smooth temperature regulation, prevents sudden temperature fluctuations, reduces stress for aquarium inhabitants, and optimises energy consumption.

The advanced electronic thermostat maintains water temperature with an accuracy of ±0.5°C within a temperature range of 20°C to 33°C. Thanks to the intuitive One Touch System, the desired temperature can be adjusted with a single button, while the integrated LED display continuously shows both the programmed and current water temperature.

For maximum safety, the Flow Heater 2.0 is equipped with three independent temperature sensors (two electronic sensors and one thermal fuse). The heater automatically switches off if water flow stops, protecting the unit from overheating and dry running. Every heater is individually tested and calibrated in the AQUAEL laboratory to ensure reliable operation.

Designed for 16/22 mm and 19/25 mm hoses, the heater is supplied with two robust mounting brackets and compression nuts for quick installation. It is also fully compatible with AQUAEL ULTRAMAX external filters.
